Your IP address
Our servers collect and aggregate user information site-wide, including anonymous site statistics, such as the number of views of each page. We log domain names and/or IP addresses of visitors (e.g., umich.edu, aol.com, 209.168.1.1, etc.), which permits us to know “where” visitors are from, or what access service they use, without knowing their individual identities. Because we do not require users to register with us, this “host level” tracking is our primary basis for assessing traffic patterns.
Alert Service
We collect personally identifiable information in only one area of our site: after visitors perform a search of the site, we offer them the option of saving their search and receiving an email whenever new documents matching their search are published. In order to receive this service, visitors must provide us with their email address. This is an opt-in service. The email addresses collected are kept confidential, and will never be given or sold to a third party, or used for any purpose other than to provide visitors with the specific information they request. Visitors can unsubscribe at any time, at which point their email address will be permanently and completely deleted from our alert database.
Data Collected
The demographic and profile data collected at Crossroads Counseling is used to help us understand what content and services will be of most value to you. This information, in aggregate form, may be shared with existing and potential advertisers and partners as part of building relationships. No individual information will be shared with advertisers or third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose any individual information, with or without your consent, when required by law or in response to a validly issued subpoena or other judicial order.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
If, however, we are going to use users’ personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via email and by posting a notice on our Website for 30 days.
