Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor
David Waters has over twenty years of experience in addiction treatment, anger management, domestic violence intervention, mental health, and family counseling.
In addition to a private counseling practice in which he has helped guide hundreds of individuals and families to a better and non-violent way of living and relating, he has served as executive director of numerous non-profit & faith-based organizations serving homeless, addicted, veterans, domestic violence victims & perpetrators, developmentally disabled, youth, and many others.
Mr. Waters earned his Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor.

Located in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky, we specialize in anger management, domestic violence and substance abuse counseling.The mission of Crossroads Counseling Services is to promote the health and wellness of the communities in which we serve, by providing the highest quality mental health counseling to families, children, and adults, who suffer the effects of domestic violence, relationship struggles, substance abuse, and other mental health distress.
We strive to empower our clients to make healthy choices and move forward in their lives with a renewed sense of strength and hope. We seek to provide counseling supports that enable people to function safely in their relationships. We work to break generational cycles of abuse and neglect.
